At Yuva Exports, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our apparels, made-ups, and handicrafts. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Damaged or defective products received
    • Incorrect item shipped (different size, color, or product)
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund unless defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care by the customer

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@yuvaexports.com within 24 hours of delivery, with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the defect/damage (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review and approve/decline the request.
  3. If approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: Yuva Exports will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For any other reason (if accepted at our discretion): the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Replacements / Exchanges

  • If stock is available, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund.
  • Exchange requests must be for the same product type and value (different size/color, where possible).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After processing/shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.

8. International Orders

  • Customers outside India are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes applied by their country. These charges are non-refundable.
  • International return shipping may take longer; processing timelines may extend accordingly.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us immediately with proof (photos, courier tracking info).
  • We will file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund once confirmed.
